March 4-9: With a partner, answer SAT questions and note the textual evidence for each answer.
March 10-13: Take notes on SID Style Analysis (Style, Imagery, Diction). Then, analyze the SID of

March 16-18: Summarize each scene of "How Much Land Does a Man Need" (audio version; text version) using high-impact vocabulary and only 2 sentences per scene. State the theme, noting where it emerged and how it was refined.
March 19-23: Analyze the directorial style of Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, noting effects of the following techniques: establishing shot, close-up, mise-en-scene, tight framing, rack focus, low angle, high angle, dutch angle, low light, high light, pan, zoom, dolly, diegetic, nondiegetic, internal diegetic, cross-cutting, eye-line match, and montage.
